Life and Multiple Marathons

Life has gotten in the way of more regular posts
but it’s about time we share the latest with the crew.
- Our firstborn is growing up and we now have a teenager in the house! Although we sometimes have fun dealing with the growing pains of a young lady who wants to assert herself, we’re proud of who she has become.
- Our youngest has been seizure-free for more than a year. She first had a mini-mal seizure a little more than four years ago, and we are grateful these seem to be under control for now.
- Lori is holding down the proverbial fort at home, home-schooling the girls, and running the business. At the moment, she also is winning the family’s NCAA tournament bracket (from Don: Go San Diego St.).
- Don is in the midst of two marathon efforts… first is running his second marathon this spring. Second, and most important, is doctoral dissertation work which is occupying a large portion of his ‘free’ time. This work will likely take him to Southeast Asia later this spring to work with faith-based social entrepreneurs.
